Body, heart, mind and soul, and the one question to ask yourself: what would supporting myself look like here?

You can take a bath and still say yes when you mean no.

Self-care is lovely. But you can do all the things we label as self-care and still dismiss what your body is telling you, ignore your needs, or keep everyone else comfortable at your own expense.

Caring for yourself sometimes looks like a hard conversation, asking for help, or resting when there's more to do. It doesn't always feel good in the moment, and that's okay.

Supporting yourself doesn't always mean making yourself feel better right away.

Hi, I'm Shannon.

I'm an Identity and Empowerment Coach and host of the Pure Possibilities Podcast. I believe everything is a relationship, and you are the foundation of every one of them.

This guide comes from an episode of my relationship series, where I explore why self-love doesn't have to come first. It can grow from the way you consistently show up for yourself.
