ABOUT
Welcome... I’m Shannon!
Most people would describe me as a coach and podcast host. But at my core, I’m someone who believes we all have more choices and possibilities available to us than we sometimes realize.
I help people reconnect with themselves, recognize the patterns that keep them stuck, and discover what’s possible when they begin trusting themselves enough to make different choices.
I believe life is meant to be fully lived, not settled for. It’s about following what lights you up, with more curiosity, more joy, more love, more passion, more play, and the freedom to discover what you actually want.
And I know firsthand what it’s like to lose sight of all of that.
My Story
For years, I looked like I had it all together on the outside while feeling disconnected from myself on the inside.
I built a successful career, spending more than 24 years with a company I genuinely loved. I was capable, confident, independent, and good at what I did.
But in my personal life, things were different.
I struggled in romantic relationships, stayed in situations long after I knew I wasn’t happy, and often looked to other people’s opinions rather than discovering my own.
The truth is, I didn’t really know who I was or what I wanted. I don’t think I’d ever taken the time to find out.
I’d made decisions, created a life, and just kept going. Somewhere along the way, I’d started treating those decisions as though they were permanent.
I didn’t recognize that I was still at choice.
I was living in what I now call my not-so-comfortable comfort zone. I knew I wasn’t happy with certain parts of my life, but change felt scary. Staying with what I knew felt easier, even when it wasn’t particularly comfortable.
Then one day, I got radically honest with myself.
Honest about where I was.
Honest about what wasn’t working.
Honest about what I actually wanted.
That honesty changed everything.
And perhaps most importantly, I started getting curious.
Why was I making the choices I was making? What did I believe about myself? What patterns kept showing up? And what might be possible if I stopped assuming that the way things had always been was the way they had to stay?
I began paying attention to myself in ways I hadn’t before. I started noticing the stories I’d been telling myself, the quiet nudges I’d ignored, and the ways fear had been influencing my decisions.
And little by little, I began making different choices.
Not because I’d suddenly figured everything out, but because I was finally developing a relationship with myself and learning to trust what I was discovering.
As my journey continued, I became fascinated by the connection between our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, bodies, and nervous systems. I began understanding why we can consciously want something different and still find ourselves repeating familiar patterns.
That understanding changed the way I approached personal growth.
It wasn’t about fixing myself. It was about becoming more aware of what I’d learned, what I’d been carrying, and what I wanted to choose moving forward.
And I discovered something that continues to shape my life and my work today:
The choices you’ve made in the past don’t have to determine the choices you make next.
Why I Do This Work
Today, as an Identity & Empowerment Coach, I help people explore the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping them from creating the lives they want.
My approach brings together awareness, nervous system resilience, body-based practices, curiosity, and compassionate but honest conversations.
Because knowing something intellectually and actually living it are two very different experiences.
I don’t believe anyone needs another person telling them how to live their life. I believe we need opportunities to slow down, get curious, reconnect with ourselves, and discover what feels possible when we’re no longer operating entirely from old patterns.
And I believe that process can be profound, challenging, joyful, and even fun.
There can be laughter alongside the tears. Playfulness alongside the breakthroughs. And plenty of opportunities to celebrate the small shifts that eventually create meaningful change.
You don’t have to become someone different to create a life you love. Sometimes it’s about moving through the beliefs and experiences that made you forget who you are.
You get to be the authority in your own life.
What People Are Experiencing
These are just a few reflections from people who’ve chosen to reconnect with themselves through coaching, courses, and conversations.

In just a couple of sessions, my relationship with my husband completely shifted. I was able to see the stories I had been telling myself, and everything changed. There’s more playfulness, more ease, and a completely different energy between us now.

This work has been a life changer. I’m no longer suppressing what I feel or waiting until it builds up to finally deal with it. I’m listening to my body in real time, and my intuition has never been stronger. I feel open to what’s next, while still trusting myself to discern what’s right for me.
