Membership & Access

The Pure Possibilities Collective Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”) apply specifically to participation in the Pure Possibilities Collective Monthly Membership and are in addition to the Pure Possibilities, LLC Terms & Conditions. By purchasing or participating in the Pure Possibilities Collective, you agree to both these Membership Terms and the Pure Possibilities, LLC Terms & Conditions. The Pure Possibilities Collective is an ongoing monthly membership offered by Pure Possibilities, LLC. Membership may include live group coaching calls, community access, educational materials, practices, resources, trainings, recordings, and other content made available to active members.

Access to the Collective and all products, resources, content, community spaces, recordings, and benefits included with membership is provided only while your membership remains active and paid.

Membership in the Collective does not provide lifetime access to membership content or products. This differs from certain separately purchased Pure Possibilities courses or programs that may expressly include lifetime access.

When your membership ends, your access to the Collective and membership-included products and resources will end at the conclusion of your current paid billing period unless access is terminated earlier under these Terms.

Recurring Billing

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Pure Possibilities, LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method selected at checkout at the recurring rate disclosed at the time of purchase.

Your membership will continue and renew automatically unless canceled.

Founding Members who join during the August 2026 founding enrollment period will retain the Founding Member rate of $67 per month for as long as their membership remains continuously active. If a Founding Member cancels their membership and later chooses to rejoin, the Founding Member rate will no longer apply and the membership rate available at the time of re-enrollment will apply. A temporary interruption caused solely by a failed or declined payment may be eligible for reinstatement at the Founding Member rate if the payment issue is resolved within the timeframe determined by Pure Possibilities, LLC.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your membership at any time, no questions asked, by emailing the Pure Possibilities Team at [email protected].

Cancellation requests must be received at least 2 (two) business days (Business days defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays) before your next scheduled renewal date to ensure the cancellation can be processed before your next payment. Requests received after this time may result in one final charge.

Once your cancellation is processed, no additional recurring payments will be charged. You will continue to have access to the Pure Possibilities Collective, including membership content, resources, products, community access, and benefits, through the end of your current paid billing period. At the conclusion of that billing period, your membership access will end.

No prorated or partial refunds will be provided for membership fees already charged.

Refunds

Membership payments are non-refundable once charged. No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be provided for membership fees already paid, including for unused time remaining in a billing period.

Community Conduct

The Collective is intended to provide a respectful and supportive environment for group coaching, learning, discussion, and personal growth. Members agree to interact respectfully with Pure Possibilities, LLC, its representatives, and other members.

Harassment, abusive or threatening behavior, discrimination, solicitation, promotion of outside products or services without permission, intentional disruption of the community, or other conduct that interferes with the experience or safety of other members is not permitted.

Pure Possibilities, LLC reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate a member's participation and access if the member violates these Terms or engages in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to the community.

Confidentiality & Privacy Within the Group

Because members may share personal information and experiences during live calls and within the Collective community, members agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share, reproduce, record, screenshot, distribute, or publicly disclose another member's personal stories, comments, coaching, identifying information, or other confidential information outside of the Collective without that person's express permission.

Live Collective calls may be recorded by Pure Possibilities, LLC and made available to active Collective members. Members understand that participation in recorded calls may result in their name, image, voice, comments, or coaching being included in the recording. Members who do not wish to appear visually may choose to keep their camera off and should use discretion regarding information they share during recorded sessions.

Members understand that Pure Possibilities, LLC cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality and agree to use their own discretion regarding what they choose to share in a group setting.

Educational/Coaching Disclaimer

Participation in the Collective is subject to the Pure Possibilities, LLC Terms & Conditions, including its coaching and professional-services disclaimers. Coaching and educational content provided through the Collective are not therapy, medical treatment, mental health care, legal advice, financial advice, or other licensed professional services.

Members are responsible for their own decisions, participation, actions, and results. Participation in the Collective does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome.

Intellectual Property

All Collective materials and resources are provided to active members for their individual, personal use only. Membership does not transfer ownership of any Pure Possibilities, LLC intellectual property or grant permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, share, or otherwise commercially use Collective materials.
