But Is It Actually True?
September 9, 2026 | Vol. 7
Have you ever noticed how easily a repeating thought can begin to sound like a fact? Iâm not good at that. I canât do that. Iâve always been this way. That kind of thing doesnât happen for someone like me.
When weâve thought something often enough, we donât always recognize it as a belief anymore. It simply becomes part of the way we understand ourselves and what we believe is possible.
But a thought being familiar doesnât automatically make it true.
Inside the Pure Possibilities Collective, our focus this month is beliefs: noticing the ones subtly (or not so subtly𤣠) influencing our choices, questioning where they came from, and becoming curious about whether they still belong in the lives we want to create.
You donât have to immediately replace every limiting thought with a shiny new one you donât believe. Sometimes the first step is simply noticing the thought and asking, Is this actually true?
What repeating thought have you been treating like an absolute fact?

What If Money Is a Relationship Too?
Everything is a relationship, and you are the foundation of all of them. This week I decided it was time to dive into a juicy one... MONEY! Most of us have a relationship with money, and we probably didnât consciously choose our money story.
In this weekâs episode, Iâm exploring how our experiences, stories, and inherited beliefs can shape the way we earn, spend, save, receive, and feel about money. When we begin to notice that relationship with curiosity instead of judgment, we create space to choose something different.

What If Weekly...
What if I am more capable than I realize?
How often do we stop ourselves because we think, I canât do that or I donât know how? We can dismiss trying something new or exploring a path we feel incredibly pulled toward simply because we donât already know how to do it.
Have you considered that youâve spent your entire life learning how to do things you once didnât know how to do? At one point, you didnât even know how to walk. đ You learned, practiced, fell down, adjusted, and tried again.
Being capable doesnât mean already knowing every step. It includes your ability to learn, adapt, ask for help, practice, and figure things out as you go.
What if the desire in your heart isnât there to taunt you with something you canât have? What if itâs there because you are far more capable of moving toward it than you currently realize?
What is one thing youâve been telling yourself you canât do?
Hit reply and share with me. Iâd truly love to hear. đ
Until next week, pause, notice, reconnect... and remember that âI donât know how yetâ is very different from âI canât.â
Much love,
Shannonđ
